All shipping charges are based on product weight using standard UPS residential ground service. Additional charges may be applied by UPS on certain products based on oversize charges (hoods, body panels, fuel jugs, etc.), hazardous materials charges (NOS, Fire Bottles, etc.) or other handling charges involving special packaging. In the event of any additional shipping fees over quoted UPS charges NorthEast Racecars will contact you for approval prior to billing your credit card.

Shipping damage must be claimed with the carrier at the time of delivery. Any carton shortages must be claimed with NorthEast Race Cars & Parts within 5 days of receipt of shipment
Returns Products may be returned to Northeast Race Cars & Parts within 30 days from date of purchase. There is a 25% restock fee on all returns- Please call for RMA#. All products must be in the original packaging and in condition to be resold as new product. Returned product that has been installed, used, or otherwise not in resalable condition will be returned at the customers’ expense.Manufacturer warranties apply to all products sold by NorthEast Race Cars & Parts. Manufacturer evaluation will determine final decision on warranty product.
